The QAeLP is an exclusive offer to your educational institution to access premier Quark design software electronically at a significant discount to existing academic programs. This is because the software will be delivered electronically to authorized and verified students, faculty and staff thus reducing the costs of producing and shipping physical products.

QAeLP is open to all qualifying K-12 and higher education institutions in the U.S and Canada. Academic institutions must fill out an online enrollment form.

Program Outline

QAeLP is an enrollment-based program that is free and only requires commitment by the Institution to make its best effort to promote the program to students, faculty and staff.

QAeLP provides student/staff/faculty of enrolled academic institutions a personal use perpetual license ($149 per license) of QuarkXPress 8 software managed through the institution’s branded WebStore powered by e-academy.

Faculty/staff members of academic institutions are invited to apply online via this website. You will be contacted by e-academy account managers to complete the enrollment process.

How QAeLP works

The following explains the QAeLP program:

• An academic institution applies online
• or
• Submits a signed QAeLP agreement to e-academy via email or fax

This allows:

• Students/staff/faculty to purchase discounted personal use licenses
• Staff/faculty access to Teacher’s Resource Kit (free)

Upon receiving and validating the application for enrollment, e-academy creates an school branded WebStore that will:

• Verify the user
• Offer the products
• Collect the payment
• Provide access to the software via electronic download
• Arrange secure delivery of the software serial key or activation code to the purchaser
