e-academy Inc has partnered with the Kermit Project, Columbia University, to distribute discounted electronically delivered single-user and quantity licenses of Kermit to both the academic and non-academic community worldwide via the OnTheHub eStore. Kermit 95 version 2.1.3
"Crypto" indicates a version of Kermit 95 that includes strong cryptography for secure connections made with SSH, SSL/TLS, Kerberos, or SRP. "Non-Crypto" indicates a version that does not contain cryptography and therefore can not make SSH, SSL/TLS, Kerberos, or SRP connections. This version exists only to satisfy USA export law regarding certain countries to which export of cryptographic software is prohibited. Choose the appropriate "Non-Crypto" version if you are in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria and you do not need to make secure network connections. If you are in any other country, choose the appropriate "Crypto" version so you will have a version that supports all connection types.
